When it comes to Vegetable, it makes the best healthy food other than that of beef or meat Shorba.\u00a0You can save a lot of cooking time by using <a href=\"http:\/\/chloristableware.com\/wmf-pressure-cookers\">pressure cookers<\/a> while preserving the aroma and taste the same like without pressure cooker.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparation (Ingredients)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yellow split gramme dal: 1\/2 cup soaked for 20 mins<\/p>\n<p>Onion: 1 small finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Ginger: 2&#8243; finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Garlic: 5 cloves finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Green chilli: 1 finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Turmeric powder: 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Peppercorns: 7, coarsely grounded<\/p>\n<p>Olive oil: 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Cumin seeds: 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Lemon juice: 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Rosemary: 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Fresh basil leaves: 10<\/p>\n<p>Handful of coriander leaves, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Mozzarella: 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Salt as per taste<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instruction<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds. When it crackles, add ginger garlic and chillies. Saut\u00e9 till garlic gets brown. Now add onions n saut\u00e9 until translucent. Put soaked dal, salt and turmeric powder and roast the dal for five mins. Add basil leaves and water. Pressure cook till three whistles.<\/p>\n<p>Sieve it. Reserve the stock. Add mozzarella to the Dal and puree it. Add the pur\u00e9ed Dal to the stock back in the cooker. Bring it to a boil then lower the flame. Add pepper and rosemary.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 7 to 8 mins. Just before serving add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
