Dunoon mugs Cairngorm What a Hoot White
Dunoon mugs Cairngorm What a Hoot White
A pair of exquisitely detailed owls with fluffy feathers and big eyes are depicted in this delightful mug. A tawny owl with a brown speckled chest and an orange beak is the other bird, while the Barn own has large round faces and big black eyes. The birds, which are set against a white background, are surrounded by paint specks. This piece is put together by owl prints that are climbing up the handle. This lovely mug is ideal for any nature lover, makes the ideal morning cuppa, and will undoubtedly make the recipient smile.

Lancashire-born Kate Mawdsley currently resides in an East Anglian barn that has been converted. Kate Mawdsley continued to be interested in art throughout her education and preferred to play with paper, pencils, and paint over toys, even in the nursery. Kate worked in the fashion industry for the first ten years of her career after earning her degree in fashion and textiles. She started to gradually transition into more illustrative work in the early 1990s. Since then, her repertoire and collection have grown annually, and her work has appeared on everything from cross-stitch fabrics to Dunoon mugs.
