Order and Delivery Terms

Orders using Normal Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail 2nd class (Tracked) or 1st class (Tracked) upon your shipping request. You should expect your order to arrive at the specified delivery address within 1-5 working days of dispatch. In case that the package weight is above 2 Kg, the orders are sent using Hermes or the other couriers. 

We try to dispatch all Regular Delivery orders within 24 hours of being placed, but please allow us up to 3 working days especially during Christmas or occupied periods. You will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched.

For your convenience, Standard Delivery will not require a signature on arrival. If you are unable to collect the parcel from the courier, the driver will leave a card or keep it at a designated place (e.g. doorman, secured porch, neighbour). Please ensure to write a delivery notice in the comment section during checkout if needed. 

For overseas order, packages are usually dispatched within 2 days and after the payment is accepted and are shipped via several courier companies such as Royal Mail, UPS and Fedex with services including tracking and drop-off without signature. If you would like delivery by UPS Extra with signature, an additional cost will be applied. Please contact us if you need this method. Whichever shipment you choose, we will offer you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees involve handling and packing fees together with postage costs. Managing fees are fixed, whereas delivery costs vary depending on total excess weight and delivery options. We help you to group your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and transport fees will apply to each of them. We do our best to make sure all items arrive undamaged but there are a few rare cases where the parcel has something missing or broken. In that case, please contacts us via email within 7 days of receiving items so that we can arrange re-delivery or refund. We advise you to send us a photo of the parcel with items inside, otherwise it will take longer to be processed or in some cases, you will not receive a refund.
