Born in Wigan, Lancashire, Caroline Bessey pursued a career in art before specializing in ceramics at the Jane was raised in Stoke-upon-Trent and has always been interested in drawing and painting. Her family has supported and inspired her since she was a young child. Jane focused on painting flowers for books and commissions after earning a degree in graphics and illustration in Manchester. After many years of freelance work, Jane is now producing in-house detailed water color studies.
